Reserving a property
To secure a property we require a £150.00 holding deposit plus our agency fee as indicated below. Should the tenancy not proceed these are non-refundable.

| 2 people or family let | £150.00 plus Vat | £180.00 |
| 3 people | £175.00 plus Vat | £210.00 |
The balance of the deposit (one months rent plus £150.00 unless otherwise stated) and the first months rent are required in cleared funds prior to the start of the tenancy.

OR ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM PEOPLE IN RECEIPT OF HOUSING BENEFIT
