The Heatons truly are the gateway between Manchester and Stockport, offering four distinct and affluent suburbs. The ease of access to the motorway network provides commuter access across the north west, whilst there are frequent trains and buses to the city centre. A mere eight minute journey to Piccadilly from Heaton Chapel railway station is very appealing to professionals working in Manchester and the proposed metrolink extension in Heaton Mersey will again increase the desirability of the area. The spread of the Heatons means there is a variety of quality housing for buyers to choose from. I am personally receiving many enquires from buyers registering because of this reason.
